Cancellation Prior to Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before we’ve despatched it, please call 0345 868 8612 to request cancellation. We try to dispatch things very quickly so if you need to cancel your order please do so as soon as possible!

Please note: once we have despatched an item(s) to you, the item cannot be cancelled and the below returns process comes into effect with their respective charges.

Important - Consumer Contracts Regulations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days - starting the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty and will also be refunded your original postage costs at our standard rate. You must inform us of your intent to return the goods within fourteen days of receipt.  This applies to brand new items only.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order then we advise that you e-mail us clearly stating your full details and invoice number.

Once you have cancelled, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. They must be returned to us, at your expense (unless supplied in error and/or faulty), complete with original packaging and all related documentation to the address below (any free items must also be returned). Once the goods have been received and inspected your payment will be refunded within 14 days.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Everyday use / consumable items i.e Continence and Personal Hygiene products are not covered by this legislation if the hygiene seal(s) are broken.

Schedule of Costs

Scooter Collection fee £25. Reconditioning fees are assessed on a case by case basis up to a maximum of £250.

All new scooter and powerchair selling prices include a £150 charge for PDI, Assessment, and Delivery.

All used scooter and powerchair selling prices include a £100 charge for ASI, Assessment, and Delivery
